Can I return Karaoke discs?
Just like CD shops you can not return a Karaoke disc back to Laser Direct for a replacement because you don't like it. However, we will replace or refund any Karaoke discs that have a fault. For example: lyrics out of sync or bad misspelling of words etc. Damaged discs will be replaced with an identical disc. We endeavor to stock only quality backing tracks and most returns to LASER DIRECT are genuine and a refund is often approved immediately. However our guarantee does not entitle you :

To buy backing tracks for a weekend gig and want to return them on Monday - Purchase a collection of discs with the intention of illegally recording the product claiming you didn't know any of the songs, or claiming the songs are no good and you could do better! We guarantee our discs are of a good standard but this is not a lifetime guarantee against defects, scratches from use and wear of the product in the field.

As an intricate portion of our superior client service if you have bought a disc from us and it's damaged beyond use, we will replace your disc with the same disc (if available) at a discount. Replacements can only be given for original active discs. Discontinued discs cannot be replaced. You need to provide the disc (or pieces) to get this replacement discount. Proof of receipt needs to be provided (your records should be on our database). We cannot replace discs not purchased from us. We have negotiated this offer with most Karaoke manufacturers and some conditions apply - please ask.
